Frances Hammond has been working with Pat in the driver safety and driver training field since 1975. Frances has served in every office capacity as the company grew. She managed customer service, served as office manager, and managed inventory. A published author herself, Frances now edits, designs and coordinates materials for the company. She has been instrumental in the development of not only the printed matter, but also was an integral part of developing the scripts for the audio and video productions. Frances handles much of the research on state laws and new developments in driver safety and driver training, and making materials customer friendly. John Barrett works closely with his father to make Driver Ed in a Box, LLC, a success. He grew up, literally, in the business of driver education and driver safety. John has a keen interest in computer technology, and is always studying advances in that field. He is the Information Technology Manager at Driver Ed in a Box, LLC, and provides technical support for the new Interactive CD-ROM version of Driver Ed in a Box®. John also is the Office Manager, overseeing the training and scheduling of office staff. Chuck Dunbar has extensive and varied sales & marketing experience. As Marketing Manager, Chuck brings an abundance of successful business development to the Driver Ed In A Box, LLC, team, having built several other small companies into companies of distinction. He directed both the inside and outside sales staff at National Law Library - a large subsidiary of a major publicly traded legal company. Prior to joining National Law Library, Chuck developed one of the largest commercial landscape design and maintenance companies in the South. Through his sales expertise he grew their operations from a single truck company into a multi-state operation with office and production locations through Texas and the South. Chuck holds an AA degree in science with a major in Landscape Architecture from Kirkwood College. He honorably served in the US Navy during the Vietnam conflict.
